ABOUT ME
I first came across reflexology in the early 1990’s. I saw an amazing lady every month who helped and supported me during a time of long commutes, long working hours and the pressure of long term illness in my family. During this time I was never sick and felt able to cope with what life had to throw at me. During the following years I continued to be interested in complementary therapies and have tried various different ones. After many years working for large corporations I decided it was time to make some changes to my life and I made the decision to leave that world behind and to do something I have always believed in. I retrained as a reflexologist with the Richdales Institute and obtained an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology.
Since qualifying I set up my own private practice where I provide reflexology treatments to those seeking a break from the stresses of daily life.
In addition to this I spent a year working at St Bartholomew Hospital in London providing reflexology to patients receiving treatment for cancer in the oncology department.
I am available to work with local businesses and corporations to help create a feeling of well being among your staff.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
