Your privacy is of utmost importance. I am fully GDPR compliant.
I will never share your personal details with anyone. If I need to share your details with a 3rd party for example your doctor, I will always ask for your permission first.
I will only contact you via email or text message to change or confirm appointments or give you wellbeing information we have spoken about. You may receive regular updates about my practice and promotional information. This might be through email or text message.
All personal data that I collect about you for is stored in a locked filing cabinet under a personal file under your name. My electronic devices are password protected.
I will hold this data for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company. I will then shred any paper files and I will delete you from my contacts list on all my electronic devices.
View, change or request deletion of other information I hold about you
